Reports are confirming that just 68,000 Permanent Voters Cards are yet to be collected in Katsina State office of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Analysts submit that this is a remarkable collection ratio which is estimated at 98 percent of total registered voters of 3,251,927, of these, 3,187,988 Permanent Voter’s Cards have been collected.
