Hxafrica Unveils Real Estate Investment Platform

One of Nigeria’s real estate firms, Hxafrica, has unveiled an investment platform for real estate acquisition in the country.

‎According to the company which operates end-to-end solutions and real estate consultancy services, it is a next‑generation platform enabling fractional real estate investment across Africa.

‎A statement issued by the company indicates that users can through this platform, stake in properties, including completed estates and upcoming developments and access visuals, floor plans, and 3D mockups to understand each property.

‎They could also invest with clarity using transparent financials, timelines, and terms as well as track expected returns and receive automatic pay-outs (capital plus earnings) when a project matures.

‎”HXafrica’s approach aligns with broader trends in blockchain-powered investment platforms by: democratizing real estate ownership—making it accessible to a larger pool of investors, addressing illiquidity and high entry cost issues by breaking assets into manageable digital shares while also potentially unlocking capital faster for developers, while giving investors flexibility and transparency.

‎”Anyone can invest from as low as N16,000 through fiat or Crypto currency and access earnings as any landlord would”, the statement added.
